I uninstalled timeshift and the timeshift-autosnap-manjaro packages and rebooted. I then attempted to delete the /timeshift-btrfs directory as root… however it fails.
rm: cannot remove {file name}: Read-only file system
How do I remove this? I am not familiar with timeshift and do not want it.
Ah, I figured it out. There is a btrfs subvolume created:
/timeshift-btrfs/snapshots/2021-10-06_12-07-40/@
I changed directory to /timeshift-btrfs/snapshots/2021-10-06_12-07-40/ and then ran subvolume delete @, then I could recursively remove the remaining directories by cd / and then rm -fr timeshift-btrfs.
I hope that is the correct, guess I will find out soon enough.
