How to configure the default sound level everytime my device boots?

I have an issue with my sound level default’s, every time my device boots the sound level just go to 60% (which is annoying in use with headphones), no matter if I leave it on 15%.

I don’t know where to change the default sound level. I remember updates ago I just leave at certain sound level and when my device reboot, the configuration was keep.

My setup is:
inxi -v7azy  ✔

Open KDE audio controls and ALSA audio controls for onboard audio device
(Intel Tiger Lake-LP Smart Sound Audio [ALC294])

sudo alsamixer --card=0

Locate ALSA control for Headphone and turn it down to 15% (use arrow keys on keyboard)

Or use this command

amixer --card=0 sset 'Headphone' 15%

PulseAudio output level to onboard audio device can be increased to 90%-100% in KDE audio controls

ALSA audio levels are restored when system is booted and should not be affected by level changes in KDE audio controls for PulseAudio
