I tried to send a file today but a message pop up which said
“Failed to start org.bluez.obex service: The name is not activatable”
Also sending file from my phone it didn’t receive file
Have you installed bluez-obex?
sudo pacman -S bluez-obex

It was working fine 2 or 3 years ago what may have changed? but I’ll try that too
Obex was put into it’s own package at some point:
Since this commit, bluez-obex and bluez-mesh have been separated from bluez. Therefore, if you plan to transfer files over Bluetooth, bluez-obex needs to be installed.

ok do I need to install other packages too from the link you provided or should I just start/enable it?
