Help needed for editing fstab (new ext4 partition, encryption and adding as home)

Hello,
I just installed a fresh installation of Manjaro Linux and upgraded it. The installer broke when I tried to add a root partition and a home partition.
But it worked when I chose only a root partition, so I thought, why not do it later.

And here I am

Is it possible now to attach the other ext4 partition now as home and encrypt it?

I tried to boot by USB again and reach my goal with qparted, but it didnt work out well.
