If a user has not edited default configurations /usr/share/pipewire/*.conf and /usr/share/wireplumber/*.conf they can delete any custom configuration folders

rm -r ~/.config/pipewire ~/.config/wireplumber

and restart pipewire and wireplumber services to load default configurations

systemctl --user restart pipewire pipewire-pulse wireplumber

If a user intends to add any custom configurations after reset, keep the folders and delete contents only

rm ~/.config/pipewire/*.conf ~/.config/wireplumber/*.conf

If a user has edited default configuration files they can reinstall pipewire/wireplumber packages to restore default configurations before restarting pipewire and wireplumber services

on live USB of Manjaro KDE 25.0.4-minimal it works as expected.

25.0.4 ISOs are about 2 months out of date so I suggest using latest KDE ISO 25.0.7
(and maybe also use Xfce ISO to check if audio devices work similar in a different environment)
Run diagnostic commands on Live ISO to check card profiles, active sinks and default-sink and compare it to data from installed OS
