I just want to share with you, how EASY it was to install my new LBP223dw in Manjaro / Arch Linux.
All you need is to go through the first installation steps mentioned in the handbook of the printer. Mine is connected with WIFI / WLAN to the network. Then open https:// localhost:631 in a browser and go through the installation of CUPS. I have chosen to supply a new PPD-file. CUPS already ships the appropriate PPD, but I didnt know, how “old” it is, so have chosen to download the late…
