The problem with hanging after wake up seems gone after this last update.
I have tested 4 times (2 times waiting 1 minute, 2 times waiting around 30 minutes in sleep). Both playing around a little after to see if it hangs.
However it still wakes up only with touchpad.
On a side note this update also solved No irq handler for vector / Failed to start Load/Save Screen Backlight Brightness of backlight:acpi_video0 for me. 
I have bought a new mouse today and i am going to test it if the touchpad issue is gone.
