if there were no errors run:

systemctl reboot
mhwd-kernel -i linux517 outputs the following

i dont know, you could try reinstall grub… so are you running efi, just to be sure?
I tried following this tutorial https://wiki.manjaro.org/index.php?title=GRUB/Restore_the_GRUB_Bootloader but I get this messages for the following commands.
[manjaro /]# pacman -Syu grub

and the some steps later I tried to chroot as told in the tutorial but i cant
[manjaro manjaro]# manjaro-chroot /mnt /bin/bash
mount: /mnt/proc: mount point does not exist.
I kept on creating the directories by sudo mkdir /mnt/proc for example but now i get
manjaro manjaro]# manjaro-chroot /mnt /bin/bash
mount: /mnt/etc/resolv.conf: mount point does not exist.
chroot: failed to run command '/bin/bash': No such file or directory
[manjaro manjaro]# sudo mkdir /mnt/etc/resolv.conf
mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/mnt/etc/resolv.conf’: No such file or directory
look at this:
Grub does no longer support side-loading modules when secure boot is
enabled. Thus booting will fail, unless you have an efi executable
'grubx64.efi' with bundled modules.
do you have enabled secure boot in bios? check that first
It is already disabled, normally I have a dual boot I dont know if that changes anything?
