Glibc difference between ARM and X86

It’s not an issue just a question :
Why doesn’t ARM branch have the same glibc version as X86 ?
2.32 for ARM
2.33 for X86

Arch Linux ARM has not updated to the new glibc yet.

Doing so, is a massive undertaking, since most of the repository would require a rebuild and the Arch Linux ARM project is entirely based on volunteers.

It will happen at some point. They just need to get all their “ducks in a row”.

Ok I understand the amount of works but it seems that 2.34 will arrive “soon”.
Will they upgrade to the latest or not ?

No idea. That’s a question for the Arch Linux ARM developers/maintainers.
