Sometimes when I open a new window it opens “maximized” but it is glitched to the side.
It happened to me on Manjaro Gnome, and now in Manjaro KDE.
Btw, when I try to press the minimize or maximize button they don’t work, I can only solve it with Super+Drag.
I have a picture of how it looks, but it seems I can’t add images or links to the post.

Now we know the symptom of the disease, but we need some more probing to know where the origin lies… 
An inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width would be the minimum required information for us to be able to help you. (Personally Identifiable Information like serial numbers and MAC addresses will be filtered out by the above command)
