know that there are a lot of similar things on this forum, but none of the ones I tried worked for me.
I recently:

shut down my computer by using the
shutdown now
command in the terminal -
while a scp command was backing up my home directory to a NAS
scp -r /home/user username@IP:/home/user
I don’t know if that could be it. But I have spent the past 2 days trying to fix it.
I have so far refreshed keys:
sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys
And I have edited the pacman.conf file so that database is optional, and Sig level is optional.
