I recently bought a second monitor for my desktop. It works flawlessly with my system, except for one issue.
I regularly lock my computer when I head away from my desk for a few moments. When I come back and unlock it, it only runs one screen and mirrors it on the other monitor, and I’m met with a settings prompt for setting up the two monitors
Create a profile when your display is connected and when not. It should detect your screen then automatically. Note that it saves the monitor name, thus you need to create a profile for each monitor.
