Seems there is no driver loaded.
you could try
sudo insmod /usr/lib/modules/5.8.11-1-MANJARO/kernel/drivers/net/ethernet/realtek/r8169.ko.xz
it says “could not insert, file exists”
Please try:
sudo mhwd -i pci network-r8168
sudo modprobe -r r8169
sudo modprobe r8168
nothing happens, it just says that the modure is not in directory im running manjaro on a live thumb drive at the moment.
Oke the r8169 should support this card (see: here ) could be that it also needs a the firmware file for that you could try.
pamac build realtek-firmware
should provide the correct firmware.
thanks
In the future, when providing code/output, please copy-paste that output in-between 3 backticks ``` at the beginning and end of the code/text so that the output looks like this:

instead of like this:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat.
