Dolphin pop up tooltips

Is there a way to get rid of the popup window tooltip thing that comes up when I mouse over a file or folder in Dolphin? I’ve seen other posts explaining how to do it, but it seems that menus and options have changed because I can’t seem to follow those steps anymore. This is different from the preview panel on the right hand side.

You could try this:

In dolphin, select the hamburger on top right, select Configure / Configure dolphin...

Select View on right, then in the General tab un-select “Show item information on hover” in the Miscellaneous area.
