Display issues on fresh install

Only 1 display will show output. Fresh install of KDE plasma manjaro. kernal 5.15 downgraded from 6.1.19. Shows output while booting then once it gets to the login page nothing. doesnt even show on the display settings page. Ideas? AMD gpu. Only outputting on the VGA no HDMI.
