According to Pamac Noto TTF fonts use 107,7 MB and Noto CJK 306,1 MB on my system.
This looks odd or is this normal?

Seems about right, yes. The noto-fonts
package contains many more fonts than any other font package in the list.
Not only does Noto contain a large number of fonts, but it contains a huge number of different alphabets including Black&White and coloured emojis, Cyrillic, Imperial Japanese, Hieroglyphs, … and the list goes on and on and why Noto is so popular with people creating truly global applications that support nearly all languages out there!
it’s possible to not install all
use key NoExtract
in etc/pacman.conf
example:
NoExtract = usr/share/fonts/noto/NotoSansArmenian*
NoExtract = usr/share/fonts/noto/NotoSansBenga*
NoExtract = usr/share/fonts/noto/NotoSansGujarati*
NoExtract = usr/share/fonts/noto/*Tamil*
EDIT:
after set NoExtract, run sudo pacman -S noto-fonts
remove files
Thanks all. All three replies are appreciated!
