Davinci doesn't play video AMD

Hey all,

would like to give it another try,

Davinci latest version 19.1.3-2 opens up in Manjaro, plays audio, GIFs, but not videos.

I got AMD Vega iGPU, is there anything I can do about it?

OMG, it’s working, the only issue I’ve had was actually:

Cannot import video file

DaVinci Resolve’s free edition does not come with H264/H265 support. You need to convert your video to a supported video format, like DNxHD/DNxHR and Cineform. you can do this with ffmpeg.

Sooooooooooooooooooooo TY, I know it’s kindofa RTFM, but I got confused by first attempts - and I did attempt a non H.264/H.265 codec at the time…
