In the gitlab source @philm has already removed the repo (commit 65a84879), but manjaro-tools-base-git
package seems to be still in the commit before that (commit 263d640)
The community repo is no longer used.
For the benefit of passers-by, this is referenced in the usual announcements; in relation to pacnew files. Indeed, the community repo has been removed. I’ll update this shortly when I find the reference.
Edit:- Look here under the heading The community repository has been merged into extra and is now empty.
