Similar to No sound in chromium since last updates (2023-03-08/09) I don’t have sound on Chromium, but the system sound is working fine, and Firefox is also working with sound.
What can I do to fix this issue? The update also broke my webcam on Chromium, but I think this deserves a separate thread.
Any help is appreciated.

The second command pactl list sink-inputs did not produce output.
I fixed the version of the kernel years ago to avoid recurring issues after Manjaro updates.
Nevermind! Somehow I must have pressed some KDE shortcut that muted the Chromium application. And this setting was permanent after multiple reboots.
I saw the “muted phone” icon in the top right corner of the Chromium icon opened in the bottom KDE bar. Clicked it and the sound is back again.
Sorry for the noise.
