I do not have a solution to your issue; frankly, there are likely many possibilities, but you haven’t provided any actionable information. For others to help more effectively, at the very least, provide some system information:

inxi --admin --verbosity=8 --filter --no-host --width

and any applicable logs, for example:

journalctl --boot=-1 --priority=3 --catalog --no-pager
