Can't download anything for plasma

Cannot access to KDE store by system settings but can access by browser

I want to install a KDE theme but I found that in system settings, it will become this: (There is no resources here) [Screenshot_20220207_134158] But I can access https://store.kde.org and https://www.pling.com/ and download for it easily so I can see it has not been blocked by GFW or having a server down

It’s not the first time store.kde.org has had network problems, though.
