This 4k display is 15.6" so I use FHD resolution to see elements without a miscroscope. After changing kernel to 5.16 or 5.17 resolution goes back to 4k and I’m unable to change it. On 5.15 everythong works fine.
In one attampt nothing changed after changing resolution, screen didn’t even blink:

Full logs of booting on 5.16 kernel:
I suspect that’s a driver bug but if someone knows some workaround I would appreciate it. This screen is pretty special: Lenovo tweaked it to support only 48 Hz refresh rate. On windows this was applied to all resolutions and vsync locks at 48 Hz for all resolutions on linux. Maybe this exotic screen is a source of this issue. Anyway this seems to be related:
If I should report this issue somewgere else please give me a hint where.
Thank you and have a nice day
