The USB Bluetooth dongle gets power from the USB port and works completely fine in a windows VM. rfkill shows no blocks and Blueman recognizes it (I think) because it tries to launch the dialogue. I saw some shady kernel tinkering on an ubuntu forum

but I can’t figure out how to do anything in the Manjaro kernel. Could I get any pointers? Thanks for consideration in advance.
Also, it causes some trouble in the sleep state during cold boot (as in get stuck at B4)
