Can I get any help with a Ranz Bluetooth 4 USB dongle?

The USB Bluetooth dongle gets power from the USB port and works completely fine in a windows VM. rfkill shows no blocks and Blueman recognizes it (I think) because it tries to launch the dialogue. I saw some shady kernel tinkering on an ubuntu forum
https://askubuntu.com/questions/1168123/how-do-i-get-my-bluetooth-device-working
but I can’t figure out how to do anything in the Manjaro kernel. Could I get any pointers? Thanks for consideration in advance.
Also, it causes some trouble in the sleep state during cold boot (as in get stuck at B4)

dmesg is giving me this

[234078.302307] audit: type=1130 audit(1679667180.788:340): pid=1 uid=0 auid=4294967295 ses=4294967295 subj=unconfined msg=‘unit=bluetooth comm=“systemd” exe=“/usr/lib/systemd/systemd” hostname=? addr=? terminal=? res=success’

Why? What?

Check your power settings.

It would be a good idea to post some system information. Please post a full inxi output as described here:
