I have tried:

sudo systemctl restart org.cups.cupsd.service

I can access the setting by means of:
http://localhost:631

Should I go with: https://github.com/manjaro/packages-core/blob/Chrysostomus-patch-1/filesystem/nsswitch.conf

Hi @korben,

Perhaps this helps:

On cable it works perfectly fine.

It used to be fully functional but now with freshly installed Manjaro I have lost the function.

The guide I am thankful, seems complicated. Oh boy

This thread was helpful

https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=189353

By adding lpd://192.168. the printer got started and I am happy now.

Basically I had to retrace all my steps and reconfigure the router to make things go right. It was the culprit of all evil.

Manjaro rules.
