Tried to install blueman, blueberry - not helped, system settings also - button “on” just not working.
On live versions of manjaro and ubuntu isn’t working too, but on windows it’s ok.

How can i use “application/octet-stream”? what of that files in bugzilla i need to solve my problem?
how i understand - to fix it i must install a old version of kernel or buy a normal adapter… or use a windows. How i say earlier, on windows it’s works perfectly.
