This is what I get when I use systemctl status bluetooth.service :

when I go to bluetoothctl with power on:
bluetoothctl ✔
Waiting to connect to bluetoothd...[bluetooth]# Agent registered
[bluetooth]# power on
No default controller available
I have a feeling somethings wrong with the drivers
You need to install more bluetooth programs like manjaro-bluetooth bluez and more from bluez like bluez-libs bluez tools etc.
Just open octopi and search for blue, install programs until it works.
No, you don’t throw all kinds of software at the problem without having made sure that the system can even see a bluetooth adapter.
Looking at system information is the first step.
Oh? Are we now spamming the thread with semi-funny comments?
By exactly that two guys what reply fruitless at other threads until a point, where it then ends at "sorry, its not my field of expertise "
Well, i first installed bluez, as i had my first bluetooth device. It did not really work out of the box without adding more stuff.
Hows about, you care first more about working software for bluetooth. Unnecessary Software can be easy removed.
But i guess, we are then again at that point of “oh, its not my field of expertise”.
Actually, I thought that you were trying to be funny.
…at least, at first.
What is interesting is that you somehow managed to pad out my comment with your additional waffling.
Yes, unnecessary software can be removed.
However, when you throw many of the same types of software at a problem, with all of them competing, you’re sure to have conflicts of some kind which ultimately, defeats the purpose.
Incidentally, it is not my field(s) of expertise that are in question here, but, yours. You could have simply enjoyed/ignored a ‘semi-funny’ comment and moved on, however, you chose differently. That’s on you.
