Bluetooth is not working in new adapter but wifi is

Hello,

I bought a new computer and installed the latest version of Manjaro KDE. The Wifi and Bluetooth adapter is an ASUS PCE-AX3000 802.11ax Dual-Band Wireless-AX3000 PCIe Adapter with Bluetooth.

Wifi worked out of the box, but the system does not recognise any Bluetooth adapters. I’ve downloaded the ‘linux’ drivers from ASUS, but I can’t find anything in there that is not an ‘.exe’ file.

I’ve found this old topic in the archived forum, but a solution was not posted.

Can you please help me enable my Bluetooth adapter?

Here is output from different commands:

the output of status bluetooth is cut out, so edit it, and also provide output from:
rfkill list
are you dual booting with windows? if yes, is fast startup disabled?
try pressing fn+f key where the bluetooth is

so many errors since the last update! this is really weird

Hi, thanks for the reply. I added the output of the command and edited the output status.

No, I’ve only got Manjaro linux installed on this computer. Moreover, my keyboard does not have a bluetooth button to press. Any ideas?

your bluetooth is not even being detected with the rfkill command, nor with the inxi command …
check this:

That was indeed the issue, they forgot to connect my card with a cable to the motherboard.
