After (re)boot I often have no playback (audio output). Also not shown in system settings / sound devices. But if I plug in a headphone, it appears immediately and stays on and works perfectly even after I unplug it.
I’ve experienced this before, and then it healed “on its own”, but now it’s happening again. I can’t connect it to anything. (Mysterious voice behaviour)

What shows alsamixer
on console ?
Is there anything in the logs: journalctl ?
Yes, I’m sending the last one: journalctl - Pastebin.com
No sound was after boot this time either. Only after plugging in an earphone for a moment. I plugged it in a minute or two after it started.
Some interesting lines:
Line 105: 2023. 02. 02. 18:58 pulseaudio stat(‘/etc/pulse/default.pa.d’): No such file or folder
Line 259: 2023. 02. 02. 18:58 systemd Closed Sound System.

I have no idea, why this mystery. I am not an expert in this log. Many thanks for caring about my strange case.
This detail is the time to plug in the headphones:
