Add Official Manjaro Telegram link on Website

I noticed when looking at the Manjaro website, there is no link to the official Telegram chat.

This should be added in More → Support, where First Steps, Common Problems, User Guide, Forum, and Wiki are.

Doing so will make more users aware of our Telegram channel.

Edit: I just realized that Jtyle6 is probably talking about the xmpp chat, not the telegram chat.

Yeah, I was meaning the xmpp chat. I forgot to edit it in time.
