Since a few days my xfce-panel, the settings window and the notifications have a window title.
Sometimes when the computer was running for more than a day, the xfce-panel hung up and after I closed it with ctrl+alt+x, it had no widows title afterwards.
I also tried to reset xfce, but after that the problem was still there.
I would have liked to include a picture, but I can’t upload a picture or post a link.
It was due to devilspie2. After uninstalling everything works normally again.

It may work for anything which needs X, but beyond that – well, it’d need to be ported to wayland, for a start; and that’s not something which I’ve looked into.
