You don’t have driver for wifi card. You need install dkms and rtl8821ce-dkms-git. Kernel 5.9 probably will bring native support(*) so you can wait (most likely 2-3 weeks).

EDIT: 5.9 was released today So with next update this kernel should be stable in Manjaro. Now you can install RC version (I forgot about it earlier ).
