I also tried switching kernels, no luck.Tried booting into LiveCD latest manjaro build - issue persists

You’re using a release candidate kernel, having bugs is not too surprising there.
Or it has to do with the kernel. Did you check which one uses which version?

Well, i tried 6.18, 6.12, 6.6, 5.15, none of them work. So i assume this is not a kernel bug.
Can’t remember Manjaro’s LiveCD kernel version, but Endevaour was on 6.17.8
Information only:
Kernel 6.17 has reached EOL – no matter which OS is used.
The latest Manjaro ISOs are equipped with kernel 6.18 (LTS).
Hint : When you download one of the official Manjaro ISOs, you’ll find that the kernel version forms part of the ISO filename.

I found your Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565 on the Linux Hardware Database – it shows that your device is supported by the ath9k module in kernels 3.17 through 6.18 (LTS).
What this infers is that that kernel 6.19.xx release candidate should probably be avoided (even though it may likely still support the device).
I’d suggest firstly reverting to kernel 6.18 (LTS) in any case, as using a release-candidate kernel will generally not enhance your troubleshooting efforts.
Once that’s done, the system will again be in a supported state, and others might be able to more easily identify any contributors to the issue.
Edit:- Please also edit your previous post and update your inxi output once you have re-installed kernel 6.18 (LTS).

My thinkpad uses a QCNFA765 wifi card, never any issues, I just realised that my card uses ath11k driver

Have you tried disabling IPv6 - it can be done in Network Manager on the IPv6 tab
