Wifi automatically connect doesn't work

I’m using Manjaro KDE , and my system is updated.
wifi automatically connect doesn’t work!!
why?

try setting the network priority to 0 in connections setting

also:

• Check “All users may connect to this network” on General configuration tab.
• Choose “Store password for all users (not encrypted)” on Wi-Fi security tab.

But according to the mouse over tool tips isn’t 0 the default value and the lowest priority?
I have this the other way around; my hotspot connection, which I want established most of the times is set to 999 and my rarely used client connections to 0, works fine.

thanks. I checked “All users may … .” and it solved the issue.
