Why is kernel 5.10 LTS still not available?

I’m trying to better understand the Manjaro development and release process. Does anyone have any references to documentation or diagrams? The reason this comes up is that i want to know when to expect certain updates. For example i’m currently interested in eventually getting the 5.10 kernel. I want to know where it is in the pipeline and would like a place to reference when to expect major updates and changes like this.
