White text is rainbow colored in Firefox

I have the weird problem that white text is rainbowish colored in Firefox if its size is below a certain value. No issue in Chrome, I just tested it.

Here is a picture

Same text in Chrome

I have found nothing about it in the Arch Wiki. Any ideas why this happens?

Thanks, disabling sub-pixel rendering in Plasma font settings solved it after restarting Firefox. But shouldn’t sub-pixel rendering not actually improve the quaility?

you don’t need to disable it, you need to make sure it’s in the right order for your monitor.

No, all orders make it look colored. It is best, when turned off.

Then you need to use the lcdfilter.
