So i got the new updates for testing, and certain apps like firefox and pamac are ignoring the systems colour settings, i use a modified breath2dark (changed some colours to blue to match wallpaper) and pamac is now all white instead of the normal dark gray look, and firefox doesnt match my system colours at all (though firefox might be related to the dark extension being removed)
I have figured it out, it was just gtk, i didnt even think to check that at first.
