I looked for it in osdn but i only found linux59 iso.
Please also add a linux54 iso for cinnamon minimal version.
My pc is old and can only run till kernel 5.4

Not a direct answer to your question, but I would recommend using the Manjaro Architect Installer for your particular need. Previously I used a minimal installation with the Cinnamon desktop that I installed using the Architect installer. The installer allows you to choose whichever kernel you need and any desktop environment you like.
