Manjaro Cinnamon ISO - temporary volunteer release

The Manjaro Cinnamon edition has not had a proper release in some while and still uses the EOL 6.5 kernel. This means that besides being dated it may have trouble booting on some machines. Due to continued interest and need I have tried to help fill this gap by building more recent cinnamon ISOs. These use the upstream profile as found at the manjaro gitlab.
