I run 32bit wine for some old games. Various lib32 files expect libpcap 1.11.0 to update. At the moment their 1.11.0 versions are on hold because they require libpcap 1.11.0.
If you want the newest of everything switch to unstable branch.

sudo pacman-mirrors --api --set-branch unstable
sudo pacman-mirrors --fasttrack 5 && sudo pacman -Syu
pactree -r libpcap doesn’t show anything related to wine or 32bit – or am I missing anything
lib32-libpcap was dropped from the repos to the AUR recently along with dozens of other unneeded 32-bit packages.
