When the system goes into standby mode, upon waking up the panel disappears

When the system goes into standby mode, upon waking up the panel disappears and to make it reappear I have to restart the system or simply perform a “log out” and log in again.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?..
…or alternatively, do you know the command I can run from the terminal to restart the panel?

Thank you all for the time you are willing to dedicate to me.
