What's the library that manage the links opening in GTK?

Hi
I had this bug from a lot of time:

I had this bug in the past years, and I resolved this downgrading a library, but I don’t remember what library was it

So, have you any idea about what library is related to the links opening from GTK applications?

what’s the output to:

xdg-open linkname

Hi,

[salome@salome ~]$ xdg-open https://forum.manjaro.org
[salome@salome ~]$ Illegal AddressMatcher: [xpconnect wrapped nsIPrefBranch] -- TypeError: s.split is not a function
Illegal AddressMatcher: [xpconnect wrapped nsIPrefBranch] -- TypeError: s.split is not a function

The link is opened correctly with my default browser

RESOLVED:

How I resolved my issue:

  • I opened xfce4-settings-manager, then xfce4-mime-settings
  • I searched inode/symlink
  • it was already setted on my default browser (palemoon), but I went on the open with/modify option an I selected palemoon again

Now it works as usual

Thank you & cheers everyone!
