What wifi software does manjaro/kde use?

I have both manjaro and arch on the same laptop. Arch is mostly for experimentation. When I use manjaro, wifi has a very strong, stable connection. Swapping to arch (base install), the connection strength and stability go down significantly. Could I copy some of manjaro wifi config over to arch to increase it’s performance? If so, where would I even start?

Hope this is right place to post this type of question, if not I will happily repost elsewhere!

The KDE version uses NetworkManager

If I where to troubleshoot this I would check the network driver & state/speed used with inxi --admin --verbosity=7 and compare the networkmanager config of both systems to start. Since this is the same hardware there might be a subtle difference in how it is detected and setup.

Same kernel version? Same driver version? Usually things like this is more driver related rather than network manager config, although this could also mean driver config such as:

$ cat /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf
options iwlwifi 11n_disable=8
