What is best qemu gui for Wayland?

I have a laptop with hidpi screen.
Virtualbox interface is blurry.

I use Plasma so and I would like to avoid gtk applications.
Could you recommend something like virt-manager but written in QT?

QEMU does not provide a GUI to manage virtual machines

I’ve used virt-manager successfully on XFCE and KDE 4.
