Weird keyboard and hotkeys behavior

At some point, keyboard shortcuts and my binds stopped working for me. My system has two languages Russian and English. as I understand it, the combinations do not work only for “alphabetic” keys, that is, for additional keys (like F1 F2 TAB and etc), the combinations work.

I checked the clicks using python and the pynput library, and found out that even when I switch the language, for some reason the clicks are perceived in Russian. (the language does switch and I can type in both languages).

soo… can some one help me plz?

which shortcut work and not work? Have you check shortcut seting ?

I have same problem.
On Russian language ctr+c and ctr+v does not work. Instead they are printing Russian characters.
Language change is binded to CapsLock key.
