After updating a few days ago, the Webdav client functionality stopped working.
Under e…g Thunar, i had something like: davs://www.example.org/mysubdir.
Now, it shows a red exclamaton mark before “davs”.
But when i enter e.g. “network” or “smb”, there is no red exclamation.
So somehow this protocol got lost for Thunar and the other file managers.
Some lib or config corrupt ? How can i debug this?
The Webdav server works perfectly fine from 3rd party systems.
Thx.

The gvf package got split up even further. You need to install the optional dependency gvfs-dnssd
for WebDav support.

Yep! That was the solution! Thx a lot.
I got confused myself - a short while - until I realized that gvfs was split even more
