If i start update-grub, i get a warning maybe from osprober /usr/bin/grub-probe: warning: unknown device type nvme0n1. My Install ist on an nvme. The names of the partitions start with nvme0n1p1 … Should i ignore this ?

Yes, iirc this is a result of some thing or another and does not result in a failure to boot or probe.
