Want make webcam work in website

Hi everybody. I want to make my usb webcam “ELVISION” work in the website, I mean website have ability to follow me by webcam, so I need webcam to work. Actually webcam doesn’t work anywhere. I don’t know anything about driver sturcture in linux, so How can we solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for stupid question, this was in the virtualBox. So you should just install extension in your Oracle VM and add it in settings.
