I just tried cool-retro-term terminal emulator .it really looking cool but I want that glowing font effect in my konsole. how to make my konsole look like that, glowing text enough… 
not possible, but you can create a new profile with “strange” colors et “strange” font (at you to install ttf font before)

can’t be done with konsole or any other standard terminal emulator
the programming effort was exactly that:
replicate the slowness and afterglow of cathode ray tubes
it’s not the font that gives that effect - it’s how it’s rendered
