Wallpaper goes black and icon size goes to default after every restart and logout

Hello, I am new to manjaro the problem is every time I restrat my pc or logout my wallpaper goes black and icon size goes deafult. I am running dual boot with windows 10 and I have tried various solutions such as moving my wallpapers to pictures folder and to.local/share/wallpapers/
but no solution worked.
Do anybody know how to solve this
