Did you try Kernel 6.0.9?
It fixed the issue of waking up after suspend or hibernation for AMD GPU.
But:
That seems no coincidence, the problem would probably be your hardware: Radeon 6600XT or the motherboard or ram?
Check: journalctl -p 3 -b -1 after reboot (Please use REISUB) if the display does not wake up.
